Prior to cofounding Orchard Principals, Marc worked as an equity analyst for ING Investment Management, covering real estate investment trusts and financial institutions. Marc worked as a CMBS analyst at Fitch Ratings and worked on the development of new rating models. Subsequently, he held the CFO position at New City Management, a NYC family office with a diverse portfolio of properties. Marc holds a bachelor's in quantitative economics with a minor in Physics from Yeshiva University.
